Terms of Service

1. General & Scope

These Terms govern your use of Sekretess NEO AB ("we", "our", "Sekretess") and its services. By using our platform or services, you accept these terms in full.

2. Account Registration & Use

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Permitted Use

Sekretess is intended for secure messaging and verified business notifications. You agree not to use Sekretess for illegal, fraudulent, or unsolicited communications.

4. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain uptime, Sekretess does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance. We will address service disruptions according to our technical capabilities.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with GDPR. We practice data minimization and encrypt all message content end-to-end.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and intellectual property on Sekretess are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use or reproduce our trademarks or content without express permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, for inactivity of 6+ months, or for any reason at our discretion. Termination does not waive liability for violations that occurred prior.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sekretess is provided "as is" and free of charge for individual users. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Since Sekretess is a free service, our liability is strictly limited. We are only liable in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. In no event shall Sekretess be responsible for loss of data, profit, or any other harm caused by your reliance on the platform.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of nature, third-party failures, or legal/regulatory measures.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sweden.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or onsite notice. Continued use of Sekretess after changes indicates your acceptance.
