How Sekretess Works
Sekretess enables secure communication between verified businesses and individual users. All messages are end-to-end encrypted, ensuring that only the intended recipient can access the content — even Sekretess cannot read them.
We support two types of flows, each designed for different communication needs:
Public Flow
- Used for non-sensitive, general updates (e.g., promotions, announcements)
- Messages sent to many users simultaneously
- Users can subscribe/unsubscribe freely
Private Flow
- Used for sensitive, user-specific content like OTPs or banking alerts
- Only the intended user can decrypt the message
- Ideal for highly confidential communication
All messages — whether public or private — are sent only by verified businesses and delivered over secure, encrypted channels. This guarantees authenticity and prevents fraud or spoofed communication.
